Peter's practice is designed to support clients from various backgrounds and age groups, providing tailored therapeutic approaches to meet their specific needs.
Peter’s therapeutic aim is to foster a relaxed and safe environment where clients feel free to explore and discuss their concerns, worries, thoughts, and positive experiences. His practice is grounded in a Person-Centred Approach, emphasising that clients inherently possess the answers to their own questions. He also employs a Psychodynamic Approach to help clients gain insight into their emotions and unconscious behaviour patterns. Additionally, Peter utilises a Psychosynthesis Approach to assist clients in realising their unique potential and an Existential Approach to explore life’s meaning and purpose. Through his multifaceted, theory based approach, Peter is committed to helping his clients navigate their personal journeys towards mental health and well-being.
