Karen Walsh

Karen is a fully qualified Holistic Massage Therapist, Reflexologist, Aromatherapist & Reiki Master. She is a member of both the Irish Reflexologists’ Institute & the Irish Massage Therapists Association.

With extensive experience supporting clients through holistic therapies, Karen offers a wide range of treatments, including Reflexology, Oncology Reflexology, Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Pregnancy Massage, Indian Head Massage, Lymphatic Drainage Massage, Aromatherapy Massage & Reiki.

Karen is passionate about supporting the whole person -physically, mentally & emotionally. Her approach is warm, compassionate and tailored to each individual, creating a space where clients can slow down, feel truly listened to and receive support that reflects their own personal wellbeing needs.

Alongside her one-to-one client work, Karen has also brought holistic therapies into corporate wellness programmes and events, as well as services supporting those affected by addiction and domestic abuse. These experiences have deepened her understanding of the importance of meeting every person with sensitivity, kindness and without judgement.

Karen is delighted to be joining the holistic team at Glosna & looks forward to welcoming clients into a calm, nurturing space where they can rest, reconnect and feel genuinely cared for.
