Kamila Flemming
Pre Accredited Psychotherapist

Kamila holds a Bachelor’s degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy with Youth Studies from ICHAS and an Honours Bachelor’s degree in Integrative Psychotherapy from IICP (distinction). She works from a humanistic-integrative approach, drawing on different therapeutic modalities to meet each client’s unique needs. As a pre-accredited member of the IACP, she follows their ethical guidelines and professional standards.
Kamila believes that healing begins with a strong, trusting relationship. She aims to create a welcoming, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where clients can feel safe to explore their thoughts, feelings, and emotions.
She brings a broad perspective to her work, informed by her academic and professional background in international relations and leadership. This helps clients make sense of their inner world while also recognising how relationships, life pressures, and wider social and political influences affect their wellbeing.
Kamila has a particular interest in supporting people who are struggling with anxiety, panic attacks, depression, and grief. She volunteers with SOSAD, a suicide prevention organisation, and is committed to continuing her professional development. Her additional training includes workshops in Trauma Therapy, Schema Mode Approach, Neurodiversity, Art Therapy for Adults, CBT and Mindfulness, Understanding Behavioural Addictions, and Equality, Diversity, and Social Justice.
Kamila offers therapy sessions in both English and Polish.
