Kamila Flemming
Training Therapist
Kamila holds a bachelor's degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy with Youth studies from ICHAS and is currently a 4th-year student of Integrative Psychotherapy at IICP. She volunteers at SOSAD, a suicide prevention organisation, and is dedicated to her professional development, regularly attending workshops and webinars to enhance her skills.
Kamila believes that the cornerstone of effective counselling is a strong therapeutic relationship. Recognizing the courage it takes to begin therapy, she prioritizes creating a welcoming, non-judgmental, and confidential environment. This safe space allows clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviour patterns, fostering the awareness necessary for meaningful change and healing.
Kamila employs a humanistic-integrative approach, drawing on various therapeutic orientations to meet the unique needs of each client.
She has a particular interest in addressing issues related to anxiety, panic attacks, depression, and low confidence. As a student member of APCP, she adheres to their ethical framework and values, ensuring her practice is guided by professional standards.
Kamila offers therapy to clients aged 16 and over, providing them with the support and understanding necessary for their therapeutic journey.
She provides therapy in English and Polish.
