Jane Negrych is currently completing a Master’s Degree in Integrative Psychotherapy at Dublin City University (DCU) and is a student member of the Irish Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP).
She has been teaching & practicing compassion-based mindfulness for over 15 years & previously served as Managing Director of The Sanctuary in Dublin. She continues to work with The Sanctuary in programme development, where she has designed and facilitated initiatives such as:
Caring for the Caregiver.
Mindfulness and Compassion-Based Professional Practice (delivered in partnership with DCU)
The Art of Rest
When Things Fall Apart (with Dr. Tony Bates)
Nature and Healing
Jane’s psychotherapy training embraces an integrative approach, drawing from Person-Centred Therapy, Gestalt, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, and Systemic Theory.
Her therapeutic work supports individuals dealing with a range of issues, including:

Sexuality and Identity
At the heart of her practice is the belief in creating compassionate, inclusive, and supportive spaces for healing, connection, and growth. She is dedicated to helping individuals move beyond survival and towards flourishing.
