How we think, determines how we feel which directly impacts on how we act and behave. If our thinking is negative, this has a knock on affect on how we see ourselves, how we act, how we behave, how we interact with the world around us and most importantly HOW WE FEEL. This workshop allows you challenge your inner critic and those negative thoughts so you can let go of past patterns, thoughts and behaviours . . . Are you ready to change your mind?

These workshops combine Cognitive Behavioural Therapy with Integrative, Humanistic Psychotherapy & Positive Psychology. They offer you the space and tools to explore who you are, where you have come from and WHO YOU WANT TO BE. Through CBT exercises, creative psychotherapy & meditation learn to love YOU again. These workshops require your active participation; they will challenge you to change how you think about yourself, how you behave and ultimately how you FEEL. The choice to change is yours . . . .
