Psychometric is a general term that covers a variety of tests and questionnaires on personality and personal style. They are designed to see what a person is capable of and what unique talents and abilities a person has all through an objective assessment. This information when combined maximizes a person’s ability to make the right decisions when it comes to CAO or career.


The greater the overlap between, on the one hand, an individual’s interests, aptitudes, and personal characteristics and, on the other, the challenges and tasks required by a particular job or area of study, 

the greater degree of satisfaction when engaged in that course of study or occupation.


Covering a variety of sciences including the core three of DISC (behaviours), motivators (driving forces) and competencies. Exploring HOW do you like to do things and communicate. DISC is the most widely used behavioural assessment tool, measuring four behavioural styles: dominance, influence, steadiness, and compliance. DISC measures how a person behaves, and each report is completely unique to each person. Rooted in Eduard Sprangers’s research, 12 Driving Forces reveals how everyone is uniquely motivated in both life and work.


When used in conjunction with our questionnaires which look at personality assessments, educational and work experience, your hobbies and interests and what subjects you liked and disliked awareness is created. Then after completing the thought-provoking booklet and the assessments you will receive a full and in depth analysis which will be interpreted in partnership with Glosna Coach Jane as to what specific careers would suit you and how to get there. 

Psychometric Testing & Coaching Package for Leaving Cert or College Students


This package includes full psychometric testing with a licences practitioner followed by 2 x one to one coaching sessions (lasting 1 hour each done 2 weeks apart) Cost: €270

Jane uses psychometric testing to identify your behaviours, motivators and what drives you. This allows clarity in choosing what’s for you. This is a short-term investment for those going to college or deciding in the possibility of further education. It is a three-step process where you will complete your assessments and questionnaire prior to your first session, then meet with Jane for one coaching session where this information will provide the student with a high degree of self-awareness/understanding which maximizes an individual’s ability to make the right choices when making career decisions. The student will then get time to reflect on this first session with a two-week break before meeting one last time to ensure they’re happy.

Be it a change in job or returning to work, identifying your strengths and weaknesses, interests, motivations, and aptitudes with the assistance of psychometric assessment to help can allow you discover your preferred work environment.

Teen and young adult coaching: €60 per hour


The stress of school, planning for the future, social skills and building self-esteem, to name but a few are challenges the youth of today are facing. By stepping back and looking objectively at the causes of these pressures, stress’ and anxiety’s in a safe and unbiased environment, one can begin to navigate a new more resilient path. Using a variety of coaching frameworks, bespoke for each person we can focus on this self-management over a recommended course of 6-8, hour long sessions.


Business coaching: €70 per hour


Business coaching can help a new entrepreneur with an idea in their head or a long-term business owner. Many start a business with a passion, but they can become overwhelmed in the initial stages or they might be looking for further development. Business coaching can help you to get clear about what you want and what success looks like for you, it can help identify any potential blocks that may be in your way and develop an achievable plan to grow business over a recommended course of 6-8, hour long sessions.

Jane graduated from the Irish Life Coach Institute with distinction as a personal and executive coach. As a secondary school teacher by day, she has a keen focus on helping teenagers or those who have recently left school or college to navigate and discover their new path.


She is also a certified behavioural, motivator and competency analyst which is one of the most applicable models in personal and organisational development. Jane is licensed to use psychometric assessments to assist in providing clarity around what motivates & drives clients, and what skills they could stretch and strengthen. This combined approach of hers allows clients an in-depth evaluation of where they are and how to get to where they want to be.


Jane is passionate about enabling the people she works with to reach the goals they want personally and professionally. She can help to identify your unique talents, skills, and abilities making this a more manageable transition through a professional, empathetic service.
