Massage therapy during pregnancy is a wonderful complementary choice for prenatal care. It is a healthy way to reduce stress and promote overall wellness. Massage relieves many of the normal discomforts experienced during pregnancy, such as backaches, stiff neck, leg cramps, headaches and edema (or swelling). It's also a wonderful opportunity to relax the mind & body and connect with baby in a holistic loving way.

Pre & Post Natal Coaching €55

There's no doubt about it that welcoming a child into your life can have dramatic effects on your family. Prenatal coaching is all about getting ready for the arrival of your little one and putting into place a plan as well as achieving goals to make for a smooth transition. Postnatal coaching is for the period after baby arrives. This can be achieving goals as a stay-at-home parent or returning to work and trying to regain some balance in your life. Sarah incorporates many different techniques in her coaching, with a great emphasis on positive psychology, Neurolinguistic programming and mindfulness techniques.

“When I loved myself enough, I began leaving whatever wasn’t healthy. This meant people, jobs, my own beliefs, and habits — anything that kept me small. My judgement called it disloyal. Now I see it as self-loving.”

— Kim McMillen.
